There will be performance issues if I do that.

Why do you want to game on Mac instead of Windows?

I use Mac now for all my daily note taking, work etc. Overall I've found it to be easier to work with. Less bullshitty. Almost everything is better and smoother.

With steam deck getting so popular, I think migration towards linux based gaming is going to get more popular than mac ever will.

Dual booting by having 2 OS on the same hard drive. All you gotta do is disk partition
