BRAZIL: Group of scumbags targeted a defenseless homeless man to satisfy their taste for violence. While he was sleeping in his makeshift shelter, they poured flammable liquid on him and set him on fire. A random witness recorded on video what was left at the scene. He told the police that he saw several people running away from the location but could not identify them. Criminal investigators are currently searching for them intensively.
