That girl sounds like all kinds of trouble. He's probably just a guy who passes her filter but cant see an actual future with this girl who, by the way she sounds, is probably giving it up to other guys at the same time and thinks that is just fine. It's what we might call a happy problem but to someone like this who has a few options its probably still demoralizing.
