Getting neetbux from the government is based but his situation is different.

I would be mortified if I had to stand at the island of a traffic intersection with a "HELP ME" sign as a grown man tbh.

But to him it isn't mortifying lol

He makes anywhere from $100 to $200 a day panhandling and to me it's incredible how stupid people are.

A physically capable, fully grown man like him who panhandles for money is obviously addicted to drugs (and in this blackcel's case, playing the lottery). But average people aren't able to come to that conclusion about him and give him a decent amount of money.
