Had to go to the toilet to rant about this. I feel robotic-tier aspie at the moment. Honestly I feel like my social skills have deteriorated even more over the past couple months because I've been way more isolated than usual

I never interact with people irl
My body language is always robotic, my voice is monotonous and my face is always neutral. It usually makes people around me either uncomfortable or irritated (or bored).

Just don't interact with people theory
I stutter when I talk to people and I talk very rapidly to avoid the awkward silence.

I live rurally and people are giga NT here. Every year that goes by any issues you have become more and more unacceptable by people and time seems to keep moving faster and faster
There's always something weighing on me in the background when I talk to people irl. I just feel so disconnected from what I'm doing it's kinda hard to describe. I can't go into that normie flow state
