Yockey managed to win in the USA due to the extreme unpopularity of the civil rights act and USA failure in foreign policy. Speer formed the United Nations to ensure a world war wouldn't happen.
That's about it. Most of this was done through the regular focus tree and events, but some (like the German invasion of West Africa) was through enabling cheat options
