Just realized that Hitler, when he got power in the 1930s, did not had any administrative experience at all.

Yet, his policies, revived the economy.

Hitler was a retard surrounded by smart people, Goebbels comes to mind. The only reason he was the leader is that he was a good speaker and knew how to play people against each other. The fuhrerprinzip is one of the big issues with national socialism and even if they had won it would have led to the collapse of the regime, and it's why I prefer Italian fascism.
