So after Reich invaded USSR, many people living in Soviet Occupied countries (Ukrainians, Belarussians, Lithuanians etc) treated Wehrmacht as liberators. If germany used thise people to fight the soviets, theg would have won and USSR would fall by November 1941. However due to Hitlers anti slavic policy, he didn’t use those people and simply replaced a terror of NKVD, to terror of SS.

Clearly you don't know history well. There were eastern european SS units consisting of Ukrainians, Russians, Hungarians, Croatians, Latvians, Estonians etc. The issue wasn't the manpower but rather resources and logistics. The eastern front was literally 3000km long and by 1942 germans had so little oil left that they had to use horses to transport their troops so that they can fuel their tanks and planes. Maybe if they would've captured the oil rich Caucasus in time and cut off the soviet oil supply they would've had a chance but Hitlers dumbshit generals thought that it's better to capture Moscow instead because they thought it would make the soviets surrender jfl

Hitler could have made many more allies to strengthen the reich but made too many enemies instead. He could have also had Spain fight for him. They did use many Slavic volunteers, such as the ROA (Russian Liberation Army) and Ukrainian SS volunteers, collectively called Ostruppen. These units were not very impactful from what I've read.

Looking back, Germany didn't have the manpower, industry, or logistics. They were stretched way too thin and couldn't get supplies to the front lines. They were also using horses. The soviets on the other hand had numbers on their side which allowed them to do constant counter attacks to not give the Germans time.

Hitler thought too much in terms of race which is what got him killed. He thought that the Russians were vastly inferior asiatics. If anything, the Russians are a tougher people than the Germans. Add to that more manpower for the Russians, and the incredibly versatile, reliable, and strong T-34 tank, Hitler stood no chance.
