Last year, arguing with my mother, I punched her in the head. I was in a bad place of anger and emotional imbalance, and I ended up acting aggressively without thinking twice about what I was doing.

When this happened, she had the left side of her head swollen for days and went to the doctor. He said she was about to have a stroke and recommended medicine for her. She had a headache for several days.

It wasn't the first time I physically attacked her. I always end up regretting it later, with that feeling of sadness, shame and emptiness.

i once grabbed her neck to make her scared of me(wanted to make her think i would do something) and it did work.after that she never complained in the manner that she used to.our relationship also got a lot better after that so yeah.
