Serious High T, but low free-T. What the fuck should i do?

Now, ok, this is not a medical forum so i'll take everything will be said to me with a grain of salt, but i did some exams and it resulted my T is near the high range, but my Free-T is on the lower limit (even within the range, but still).

So, in my limited knowledge, i can guess that i have a lot of total T but few is in my blood or whatever.

What should i do? (i've already contacted a doctor, but i'd like to know your opinion).

My bad, because the value i'm referring to is literally translated from my language to the english "free testosterone". Nevermind then.

Well, the term is correct apparently in english, too.
