So apparently in some rural areas of India girls from lower castes become Joginis or wives of the gods but once they reach puberty their "marriage" ends and they become the property of their village. No man marries them cause it's consider bad luck and they spend the rest of their lives begging for food. Best part is that any man can do with them as they please cause they are essentially public property.
