Only times I get far in nofap is when I get “bored” of everything that I’m watched or seen. To the point I can’t stand looking at porn or naked people in general. I made it 8 months nofap last year and forgot I was on it. Then I seen some new loli hentai and busted the biggest nut of my life to this day.
