Many porno games exist on itch.io and steam which are very nice. A review of some of them and the genre entirely:

The well-created Hentai games are fairly enjoyable whilst some mediocre ones exist on itch. After testing about 10+ of them, I conclude the first 3 are quite a bit above average but as they are single-person operations they cannot be truly great usually.
Overall, the thing that distinguishes a good VN from a bad one is the compositing, palette, and design. Great detailing and landscapes plus women make these games stand out from the rest. Harem Hotel has well written characters, plots, compositing, autistic analysis, but may lack the extreme graphical fidelity of Eternum. Eternum's graphics are really good but it may be a little bit too linear to be truly called a hentai game. Then we have Corrupted Worlds, one of the better RPG VN's where you can basically build a character up, manage resources, solve quests, whilst being truly connected to the world as a sentient entity.
We engage with these hentai games to figure out human complexity, these games explore the interplay between society, evolution, sexuality and reality, as the black pill does. We see the parallels between completing tasks, gaining love points, and the betabuxxing of modern man. These games often take place in cities wherein life is usually rigid and defined based on your past and birth, but now we can break those boundaries to understand why that is, gaining new insights; we simply lack the extreme looks and raw simplicity of existence as a free spirited mercenary traveling from game to game to solve issues and get laid. This critical desire for acceptance has us turning to these games as we are always attacked in reality for our looks and past.

Ray tracing would be nice but it is laggy; additionally, the lack of vertices causing boring graphics. If I could get off on anime girls, then this would be great but I seem to lack the iq or brainpower such that reading a cel-shaded entity as a sex object is difficult. Hentai vs Furries shows the dissonance between action and getting off since being able to do both often requires them both to end up mediocre.
You also have the traditional jrpg's with sex options like Iragon. These games pretty much are fully realized fantasy for adventure purposes. Whilst fairly bare boned, the implied content within is enjoying this game despite its extreme mediocrity. The reading of form and fertility allows men to explore which body shapes indicate the greatest reproductive health which is a form of meta cognition outside of the game world to partake in. The obtaining of weapons, resources and their usage in obtaining sexual gratification is the hallmark of these games' implied purpose. When man looks at the abyss they see the reflected darkness, we don't wish to see a pure abyss of betabuxxing. We want their to be great power and light in the obtainance of resources which is what these games promise.
Then we have games wherein you are locked inside with a girl. 3d Girl Kanojo is an example along with My Desktop Succubus. The first game is moddable and you can explore a casual relationship or go further. Most men will understand the implied language whilst there are no explicit instructions. They see the reality behind the innocence and choose to corrupt it for that is the truth. We see that women on the plane of reality are immune to these acts if they stay in the light, we see that they have much power in civilization and wish to correct this in the world of these games. To get out of hell we must become the devil: we take every opportunity to fuck the girl as we know society sees the deprived as walking slaves drawn to a carrot, which denies us it so blatantly. The correction of morality is what nearly every man partakes in upon loading these games.
