High key voice is better than my low vibration retard voice. When I talk it sounds like a mix of a whisper, a deep retard groan, and a vibrator.

Such as talking loud from your diaphragm. Maybe research singing lessons or public speaking stuff?
I used to be a mumbler. But I started (improv) singing to my roommates guitar playing in collage. It helped a lot! Plus it was fun making up outrageous shit!

Wow that's pretty low inhib to sing like that. I gotta try changing my voice. Everyone I talk to has a hard time understanding me.
It was during a time in my life when I smoked pot and drank a lot. Still, it couldn't hurt to sing along with music in private...
It's just a matter of "belting" it out. Like yelling but more controlled. More fluid.
Look up "command voice!" It's a cop and military thing to get heard and get compliance.
