the best advice is to just stop watching. It's the only thing you can really do, don't engage with anything sexual or NSFW, and if you see it, run away from it.

I'm going to be entirely truthful with you, I doubt that it's possible to rid yourself of your lust whilst providing no substitute for it. There is always some inherent, 'dirty' part of every man's spirit and they only way you can rid yourself of that is by culling your entire personality and becoming a dull person overall.
