Help a GrAY out: Postmaxxing and Sewers

Is this seriously how I find out that barely anyone here achieved his amount of posts without postmaxxing? I'm a bit confused because some say it's okay/allowed and others say it's not allowed or even cheating. Also noticed that I can't directly post something in the sewers, so my only guess is that the Sewers posts were moved there by mods or something. I just want to know whether I can postmaxx and how because I finally want to escape greyceldom.

You are allowed to spam in the sewers. You can access the sewers after having 500 posts I believe. Who ever said it’s cheating are retarded.

Nearly every user with access to the sewers postmaxxes, yes it's allowed, no it's not "cheating", because if it was then we wouldn't have that section to begin with.

You can gain access to the sewers after a certain amount of posts, I'm not certain how many but judging by some claims, it's either 300 or 500.
