I tried air forces + 1 inch sock insoles it isn't obvious at all imo, just wear baggy pants that cover your soles. even if it does reveal when you sit down or if the pants get stuck on your shoe it isn't that noticeable.
that one is obvious, just put lifts in normal ones and pray.
The "platform" Rick Owens Geobaskets don't look too bad. I was actually gonna get them at one point because this store only had those and not the regular ones but I'd just bought some Balenciagas or something a week before.
I wore shoelifts and they look natural enough
