This thread has nothing to do with women or wisdom pills, but for my part I think it is equally important to take the time to reflect and apply.
Regardless of the level of interaction (bad or good) you have with society, it is of utmost importance to have certain healthy habits that help a woman understand your physical, mental and spiritual needs. I will say some that can be implemented and that I think are favorable for all of us.
1º - Cold showers: It is well known that cold showers help the body's defenses, tolerate cold better, lose weight, and can stimulate testosterone. Showering with cold water after sports will also help relax and oxygenate your muscles.
2º - Sport: What to say that is not already known, sport helps build muscle, and helps strengthen bones and have greater physical endurance, as well as help your breathing. It has incalculable benefits. 30 minutes a day is enough, although that depends on your physical level.
3º - Reading and sunbathing: Reading not only helps you to be knowledgeable or distracted, it is also beneficial for your brain by stimulating it by causing it to atrophy less quickly. Sunbathing is important because it gives vitamin C and is an important receptor for healthy functioning, absorption of certain foods and balance of the body.
4º - Walk outside in nature: This could be considered as a sport, but it goes further, since it also helps psychologically, oxygenating your body and eliminating brain parameters. Being outside also helps you be more alert and less social anxiety. Being at home too long is detrimental to your body and mind.
5º - Be less on the computer or electronic devices: It is well known that moderation of using electronic devices is critical for physical and brain health. Spending a lot of time on such devices leads to several physical problems and slower acuity in your brain reactions. Being a week without using devices of this time will greatly help your health and get you out of your personal bubble.
6º - Religion (for believers): Process the religion you have is a spiritual good that is extolled in the physical as well. The practice of prayer or reading the holy book in question, amplifies and fills your spirit with joy and more mental clarity, eliminating negative senses and enhancing greater human virtue.
7º - Music: Listening to music has many health benefits. It is known to give joy and heal some cerebral aspects. Music such as classical, jazz, celtic or pop are a good example of this. Try to avoid loud music or with an unpleasant content and lyrics, as it will be counterproductive.
Well, these are the habits that I am implementing and that can help you in personal improvement and in post of a better happiness and breadth of your abilities as a person.
