It's hard to envisage how you can be a dad when you're wrestling with health problems. And now I've got frickin' long COVID too. Lovely.

As far as I can tell my main health issues are:

- scoliosis
- COVID

and everything else is directly or indirectly caused by one of those.

Apparently I can use the Schroth method to greatly improve my scoliosis so I need to find a half-decent physio.

COVID... oh I dunno. I've tried the UK, Portugal and Hungary and all three say no private vaccines and public... maybe if I actually live in Hungary for a few months or something.

For long covid... I'm hearing all different theories like residual spike proteins or viral reservoirs.

Maybe it's a viral reservoir in my gut. That would actually make a fair bit of sense so I'll take colloidal silver or something.

And then... I'd need to actually find a half-decent woman. Hm. That might mean a complete lifestyle overhaul because online dating sucks and I hide away too much right now for anything else.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling now, lol :)

YoU kNoW wHaT iS stopping u from having kids inkie? It's your bad face- oh sorry I meant your bad pErSoNaLiTy :feelsdevil::feelsdevil:

I also have chronic health issues. I have determined that my genes are too crappy for procreation. :feelsbadman::feelsbadman:

I've got many defects and diseases in my body. But the worst condition of all is a severe case of incelitis (currycel variant)

I've had eye and skin problems my entire life. All these traits wouldn't be good for kids.

have to wear glasses, and any type of lotion makes my skin break out in rashes :feelsrope: :feelsugh:

When will medicine finally be able to fix eye sight? That's one of the most important things for humans.

Have you tried fixing your scoliosis?

Have you tried fixing your scoliosis?

I mean, I don't think it can be fixed. Maybe it could have been when I was still in my teens but the symptoms were very mild back then and I had no idea I had it.

I think Schroth might at least help a bit and provide some indication of whether remedying it will help my other health problems too.

how is this heritable? as far as I can tell it's just a flu variant

Yeah im also injured and have shit genes also i have a belief that covid never left my body because i still cant taste or smell that well.

How big is your scoliosis curve?

Yeah I have covid-y symptoms on and off. Maybe it does linger in the gut or somewhere like that. It would definitely explain it.

I think covid is significantly worse than the flu... that being said when I actually had covid I really didn't feel that bad, but it's just hung around.

So... I'm not sure. I'll try colloidal silver and things to see if they make me feel any better. If they do then maybe they are killing it in my gut which IMO seems like the most likely place it could be "hiding".

I could be totally wrong but it makes more sense to me than any other theory.

Why anyone would want to being more people into this hell is beyond me.

I have issues with random pimples and oily skin. Any solutions for that?

Hm, apparently this thing about reservoirs is more broadly called "viral persistence". Lots of viruses can hang around in the body for ages.

That's why you can get cold sores for your whole life, hepatitis survives in the liver, AIDS hangs around for your whole life, etc.

So I guess the solution is antivirals, basically. If the body can't get rid of it then something else has to.

That being said, we can't even kill AIDS after 40 years. What hope do we have against this after just 3...

OK I'm going to just start sucking this piece of silver. XDD

They used to give babies silver spoons to stop infections.

It's a start.

I used to take a number of things for my health that are believed to be potent antivirals. This was before I started seeing scoliosis as being the cause of my health issues. I used to drink lots of colloidal silver, lots of heavily diluted hydrogen peroxide, etc.

Peroxide is kind of... unpleasant and... silver is complicated.

But sucking on a silver spoon is easy. lol

Idk what colloidal silver is and i dont think i even ate that

It's a suspension of tiny silver particles in water. You can drink it, use it as hand sanitiser, etc.

Solid silver can help too though. Like for example I think a silver door handle will kill viruses and bacteria naturally.

You can even buy fridges that have silver built into them in some way to stop bacterial growth and so on. These are mainstream fridges too - not like some crazy alternative fridge you buy somewhere obscure online XD

Fakecel if you want kids, why would you want to pass garbage genetics on?

Wait a minute this mindset doesn't make sense.

I thought the theory was that the reason why this society is so hypergamous is because it's gynocentric.

Therefore there's nothing wrong with your/our genes - it's society that is broken.

Ugly women still have kids, lol

I find that three things work quite well:

- witch hazel gel
- alcohol wipes
- reducing "bad fats" in the diet (I'm not entirely sure what fats are OK but I know some like olives and coconuts are fine)

Fat is OK unless it's a trans fat like margarine or too much egg fat in some cases.

There's only one thing preventing me from breeding.

Me too. But mostly genetic.

I just found years back that when I cut out all fat in my diet (I was experimenting with different diets at the time), my skin was so clear I looked like a mannequin doll, lol

Even the shade variation went. You know how typically your face has some areas that are a bit more red or less red or... even if it's just a TEENY bit. Mine didn't. XD

It was like totally perfectly consistent.

But I do think you can get away with the good fats, so to speak.
