as a dishwasher i'm kind of shocked , in 2021 they're the ones called me to recruit me to work in their hotel it's crazy how times change just in 3 fucking years.

I've applied for idk how many, but over a thousand minimum-wage, entry level jobs, including dishwasher, binman etc., and 99.9% of the time I just hear nothing back. I'm able and willing to work, but in the same way I'm incel I'm workcel. I've posted about this before, I'll get ghosted on job applications and then sometimes see they hired a disabled person in a wheelchair, or a mildly retarded guy.

You're allowed to discriminate on attractiveness when hiring where I live. Many businesses are going to sell more if they hire attractive, young, female etc. staff. Although if you're selling real estate you might want a tall, handsome suave guy in his late 30s for instance.
You seem to be underestimating how seriously the governments of Western countries take this though. They check whether businesses are hiring enough disableds, shitskins, LGBT and so on, and if they're not they get fined heavily.
