He doesn't even have super soldier sirum like black widow, he's just a guy with a bow.
And why didn't he just use guns? They are more accurate and deadlier then arrows, they could probably make some high tech guns for him.
When I was watching avengers, he looked so out of place in the end while they faught looks army, every other character had superpowers or technology, and he just has a bow.
