My dream that is.

I stopped the drink successfully and need to stop smoking. I have made progress and can now go 1-2 days without a smoke no probs. The goal is to totaly stop.

i smoke once every like 3 years. never been an addiction for me nicotine that is. weed was for a little while but now i just like it in small doses. alcohol is really my only addiction.
