A mind break is when you're humiliated and tortured so much by life and humanity that you snap and stop feeling very many emotions at all. Typical symptoms of a mind break include
• not feeling any sadness when someone insults you
• feeling very little sadness in general.
• numbness

I have, my life is absolutely horrible

Happened once. I was having a paranoid breakdown until eventually I just felt numb. Dissociating from the present.

Cried so much that I ran out of tears

According to that definition, I have regular mind breaks. Numbness is common, and I've never cared when people insult me. It's not logical to, unless it's a woman and it's very rare they openly do.

Im always having a mental crisis and screaming is the only way to relieve it

Very often, I am mostly numb now.

No, I'm perpetually anxious.
