I saw a legit 2/10 with a 6/10 hi tier Becky.
He is 4'10... With a face that looks like a monkey... And dork with glasses... And works in a low paying retail job...

Yes this the exception but not the norm.
Conversely, I personally know a 7/10 Chad lite who can't get a girlfriend nor one night stand. He's 5'10, muscular and fit but not really Chad tier face.
He is a locationcel. It's over for sub 8 in major cities. But in rural areas, it's more common to see a sub 5 with a girlfriend.
