We all eat bugs, during sleep. If your mouth is open, bugs may crawl in it and out. Sometimes you close your mouth and swallow them or even chew on them and don't notice.
You might even dream about eating something when that happens.

Belive it or not 99 percent of us done it unknowingly. The FDA has allowed 33 different bugs to be grounded into penut butter by penut butter companys. And companys do it since its cheaper then removing these bugs. The bugs are safe to consume or I would think so.
