I don't because i'm unfit for surgerys because my deformities are unfixable, you have to invent new surgeries to fix my face.

I had an online consultation, apparently they couldn't really do anything major, an implant for the cheek and mandibular and rhinoplasty, maybe cheek fillers but the consultant said the way my face was I would not get the results I hoped for with only rhino and implant, and I don't have 20k euro / usd to spare for multiple different small surgeries.

I think it would only marginally change how I am treated, but if I had the money/funds I would probably consider surgerymaxxing, yes. Mostly it would just be removing things from my face, so hopefully it would look more natural other than some small scars, and I would not end up looking like a disgusting surgery freak such as Michael Jackson or the Bogdanoff Twins.

The surgeries I would look into first are:

- A rinoplasty (to make my nose less bulbous and smaller, particularly the nostrils and septum and nose tip areas)

- A neck/jaw lift (to remove neck and jaw fat, because even though I am thin, I naturally have fat there which is retarded)

- Ear pinning surgery (to make ears flatter to the sides of my head)

- Earlobe attachment surgery (to attach my earlobe to the sides of my head)

- Buccal fat pad reduction/removal (to make my cheeks appear less fat and protruding, and to define my cheekbones)
