It was actually a pretty good message at the end about how all the guys with really good looks never developed personalities because they were just handed things and lied to about being good at things or interesting because they were good looking and so when they aged and looks faded they had nithing to offer and were just stupid and boring. While the guys who were outcasted worked on developing skills and talents and personalities and filling their minds with knowledge so they were the famous musicians and writers and comedians and wealthy and rich in later life with friend circles filled with people who also had well developed personalities.

I have no specifics or details. All I know is "it's happening." I don't know to what level, what effect, or anything else. The guy who mentioned it was very coy about it. According to ol boy, they pretty much just come in and do voice and final approvals anymore. They barely touch anything.
