I think facial aesthetics are the most important factor in attracting girls as a chadlite. Did you try to looksmaxx your face? For the things you can't change easily, I'd opt for plastic surgery.
Another important factor is location. If you're someplace where the culture is masculine and there is higher poverty, you'll have a hard time as a cute male. If you're in a highly urbanized setting, then this should be easier for you since most women use birth control.
