I use a different one:- I compare my life to people in other countries who are less fortunate, and I realize how good I've got it
There are people living in absolutely horrible conditions in Afghanistan, Haiti, etc. and I thank the universe that I happened to be born in a better-off country than theirs...- and this lets me be grateful for what I do have
