Past few months I been losing a bunch of the muscle I built in the gym from my extreme disinterest in eating anything, I feel so utterly subhuman for even trying to put anything remotely calorie high into my mouth and it only got worse over time; I can't eat when ik any amount of facial fat would only make me even worse off than I'm already am, and I don't like how there is just a constant layer above that just won't go away... :fuk:

I been resorting to worse and worse ways to stop myself from eating but I won't get deeply into that since ik y'all would joke about me being like a girl :forcedsmile: mostly just hurting myself. My undimorphic face, baby fat and eyes make me look like I'm gay, which people irl have assumed before (particularly before i started worked out) and another reason for my brutal bullying as a kid, losing that last layer will atleast help with that just a bit.

Brutal tbh, watching years of work go down the drain every single day made me realise I might have a big problem.

I get where you are coming from. I used to force myself to vomit after meals, lunch and dinner both. My throat was sore constantly and eventually I got tired of it. For a long time I was severely underweight, BMI around 16.5, and it was something people mocked me for. These days I just skip breakfast and lunch and have one larger meal at night. I am never hungry in the morning or through the day, but by the evening I can eat. My BMI now hovers around 18.4, still a little underweight, but I would much rather be underweight than overweight.

OMAD? Yeah I been doing that as well, I genuinely cant imagine ever being overweight, I would just straight up go to an ER. I once collapsed before in Sixth Form from extremely low blood sugar since at that time I was only eating half an egg sandwich a day; I was told I had to keep my blood sugar levels way higher up because I was dangerously close to dying but honestly I don't see myself ever keeping that promise.
