Yes, mostly because the learning curve involved for somebody like me at 41 would be very steep, and at this point, any potential partner would likely lose her patience or resent having to play "teacher" to what she will probably come to view as a 41-year-old "manchild", especially from a sexual standpoint.

Also, the fact that I do have a psychiatric illness will probably wear somebody down after awhile, not to mention I am not sure what other permanent psychological differences have creeped in due to having missed so many experience milestones by now in conjunction with other issues.
