i dont think the ending of that show was earned, cuz satou didnt really care about misaki until the last minute. ik the idea is he's "insecure" about his social status but he doesnt really regret his actions after learning he had no real reason to be

It's decent. I kind of came into it thinking it would be somewhat relatable when I started watching it years ago, but only very few things throughout the anime were/are. Especially since it is implied that Sato had sex with Hitomi when they were still in high school, so he was a sexhaver to begin with. Though, the ending where basically everyone in Sato's life receives a happy ending except Sato is somewhat relatable, but he basically already had his chance.
