As someone who works in tech i would suggest being wary. They have testimonials indicating an operation time of at least 3 months. The domain was registered May 22nd. Could be a fake/trap.
However that said, using fake testimonials to bootstrap a population isnt unheard of. Id suggest making a few fake accounts in the same vein as the tinder experiments, and see what happens. Of course do this from a sandboxed (virtual) machine in case it has some sort of infection or other types of data logging.

May it just be a ripoff? I noticed those porn ads, titled "Incel outreach" some time ago. Normally I don't pay for internet porn, maybe it is just to get normal, paying customers, or maybe worse.
On the other hand, paid porn is a realistic offer, while successful dating for incels seems really impossible. I could imagine them to connect incels to prostitutes, if the site was located in a place where it is legal. But California isn't. A new site with old "testimonials" is obviously fake.

Tbh though a *real* incel dating app/site isnt all that bad of an idea. Pretty sure this community could pull one off if it worked at it. Could use the forum accounts as the backend to prevent a flood of non incel guys utilizing it. Food for thought, with the spotlight on your community due to recent events providing an easier way for women to potentially date an incel could have some good results.
