I’ve heard microdosing helps with the anxiety as well as depression. I took 2g of golden teacher tho and fell through an abyss of neon pink trees before floating around this nebula that resembled connected brain cells with a voice that kept asking me “why must we let our natural rage consume us?”

Trip was 6/10 bc the abyss part was terrifying but I want to do it again with a calmer mind

Yes, I've had some amazing trips in the past, like intense swirling visuals and feeling like you're in another dimension, but I've also had some bad trips: they can trigger anxiety, especially at high doses.
