I have enough disposable income for a nosejob and I'm thinking of getting one. Bridge of my nose is too narrow for the wideness of my face and my nasal tip is too long. It seems like surgerymaxxing is something that might actually work, but I've never read about anyone actually doing it.

Surgery maxing is good for chincels, life fuel for me. I have the most recessed chin on this website
 
I have. Nose was crooked to the left side and I have triangle nostrils. My nose is straighter but no improvement to my nostrils. I did my research and went to a one of the better rhinoplasty surgeons but of course I didn’t get the results I wanted. Remember surgeons only show their best results on their website and albums.

Also I’ve done an otoplasty, that was ok but not entirely symmetrical. Surgery is oversold on lookism cummunities, it will help, but don’t expect to get exactly the results you’re looking for, and may need multiple surgery to get it right.

Chin implants are alright, but jaw works requires a maxillofacial surgeon and no surgeon will start drilling your face for lookism lol
 
Surgerymaxxing is legit if you already have decent facial harmony, if you don’t its cope.
 
Try to play around with your nose in photoshop. Nose is important as it plays on the midface ratio so be very cautious. Make sure the nosejob is worth it. I habe seen butches surgeries in the psl scenes when the guy could benefit from a jaw implant waaaaaaay more

I’m not sure how a jaw implant would work on a recessed maxilla. Recessed jaws are caused by poor forward growth so putting jaw implants on a sunken mid face will probably look weird. Of course it’s case by case.
 
Im going to make surgery on my neck.
 
If I could fix my jaw and eyes I could definitely be an 8 when it comes to face.

However my body is a story for itself. Literally baby wrists.

30K is NOTHING for the results he got.

I have money for surgeries, how do even go about communicating what you want the surgeon to do? I have an ape shape mouth on profile, and maybe I could make my jawline from the profile view a bit better, make my nose more k-pop. How is it different, than say, communicating with a motherfucking barber?

With the awful experiences I've had just finding a person in the states who is even capable of cutting an asian man's hair without making my sides stick up, I'm more inclined to just go straight to Korea for the surgeries I want anyway, since I'd imagine they have more experience dealing with people of my ethnicity. Wish I spoke Korean though.

Yeah go to Korea and get it done there, don't bother wasting your money on western surgeons if you're ethnic
 
Gonna have double jaw surgery, lower jaw backwards and upper forward because I have a protruding jaw
