I have HORRIFIC acne and its genuinely depressing. It's all over my face and they're big, red and all clustered together.

I've tried ALL the bullshit things like "just wash ur face bro" and all sorts of oils, face-washes etc and NOTHING has helped.

I can't even get accutane because the waiting periods for a doctors appointments are 6-8 months and it'll probably expensive as fuck

Stop using any chemical be it soap,face wash,cream or any other product on your face. Only use water to bathe. Apply aloe vera gently on scars. You'll get the results slowly. Till abput a year ago I had lots of acne too, so I can understand your problem. But don't you think that it'll help you getting any matches on tinder. Femoids only crave for 8+ guys. At each apointment the doctor will recommend different types of medicine/creams because your skin/organism gets "used" to the products and they are no longer effective. If you don't have enough money to see a dermatologist regularly, your acne should clear naturally as the years pass, but it will take a while longer. Try not to get exposed to the sun too much, your scars will get worse

I don't even have scars yet because the acne is still active. Even if one zit goes away another one appears in the exact same place a week later. My entire face, back, neck and arms are CAKED with big red zits

And it looks even WORSE on me because my skin is extremely pale which contrasts with the blinding redness of it.

I already missed an appointment because the waiting period was so long and now I have to pay 10$ as a fine if I go back.
