1) how many years / failed attempts did it take you to do?
2) do you have a low sex drive?
3) do you have erectile disfunction?
4) how did you actually do it?

1) About 11 years and hundreds of failed attempts
2) not really, although I don't have a very good basis of comparison
3) sometimes
4) forcing some kind of self-discipline on myself
