JFL Happened to me once

squats are a massive cope excersize if u do them first in legs lineup, i do leg press to prexhaust my quads then do ass to grass squats with safety bars only

Don't you limit the amount of weight you can do consequently either way?

yeah doing rpe 10 squats at high weight for 5-6 reps is cooe
