my next door neighbors had their tires slashed and headlights smashed by kids last year. and I don't mean teenagers. I mean kids, not even pre-teens, just kids. like 9-10 years old. the house across the street from me was toilet papered, a house a block up was broken into and looted by drunken teenagers. a house down the block had a bag of flaming shit placed on its doorstep. teenagers in the nearby park threw fireworks at passin cars on the street several years ago (thy were baked) and I don't even live in a hood. their just unruly brats being assholes because they can. more reasons to hate halloween.
