How do you know that these men later became
voluntary celibates though, as opposed to
involuntary celibates?
Hypergamy has particularly increased the last decade, so it is fully possible for a lot of men to have been able to have sex when they were teenagers in the 2000s, but after social media and dating apps such as Tinder became popular, hypergamy increased, and as a result, these men became involuntary celibates.
Also, if a man had sex as a teenager, he is certainly not asexual. It therefore makes no sense that you argue that men who have had sex but later became celibates, did so by choice. In reality, they did not. Even though 1% of men might be legit asexual, the rate of involuntary celibacy among men
in 2020 is much higher than 3%, so asexuality is still far away from being the main reason for male celibacy.
The difference between some involuntarily celibate millennials and most involuntarily celibate zoomers, however, is that the celibate zoomers became teenagers in the 2010s, when hypergamy already was too inflated for us to get teenage sex, which made us full virgins, while some of the millennials could have sex as teenagers, but later became involuntary celibates.
The statistics that I brought up in my previous post also excludes paid intercourse. A significant proportion of the 73% men who reported having sex, might only have had sex with escorts, and would thus still classify as incels. A lot of men non-virgin men also only get starfish sex occasionally through betabuxxing.
More females than men are asexual, because females have a naturally lower libido than men.
Sex drive or libido refers to the strength of sexual motivation. Most evidence suggests men's sex drive is, on average, higher than women's. This page intends to...
