I have major diffuse thinning. Need advice on how to combat this situation.
Most guys who have hair loss have the receding hairline. For me, my hairline is absolutely perfect but my hair is thinning really bad in the typical horseshoe pattern. The sides and back are like they always use to be, but the front and top is FUCKED. By the time I actually noticed, it was too late. The damage was done.
My shit looks similar to this:
I tried that Nizoral shampoo but it didn't do shit. I just spent 10 dollars for a fucking bottle of shampoo that I could of got Regular shampoo for 1 dollar.
I used Rogaine/Minoxidil and that fucked up my face really bad. Puffy fat face, Dark circles under eyes, Collagen issues: aka thin skin. Aged me badly in a few months.
I never used Propecia/Finasteride as I figured my hairline is already fucked, it will just maintain the SHIT THAT IT TURNED INTO. And the side effects are Brutal:
Brainfog, Depression, Dry eyes, Manboobs, Balls shrink, Balls ache, Penis shrinks. (And online they say some Sides are permanent and will last even when off of it).
They have whole forums dedicated to guys who used Fin and their penis has shrunk and it never came back to original size. (Lookup Post Finasteride Syndrome).
Fin is basically chemical castration for a man. It will kill your sex drive. (Maybe could be a good thing for an incel). Tons of guys have committed suicide as they are now impotent.
You see these guys on the hair loss forums and they have literally 20-30 different products in their "Hair Regrowth" routine. I'm not an idiot and I know that is just throwing money down the fucking toilet and that its probably the placebo effect. I mean if you use 30 different products at once, How the fuck would you know what products are working and which ones aren't. I used Nizoral first for 6 months and Rogaine second for 6 months so I would know if it did something.
Dudes are literally spending HUNDREDS of dollars a month on products/supplements hoping something will happen. Only the big 3 Niz,Min,Fin might actually work. THANK GOD i'm not a sucker like them.
Nizoral wont regrow hair, it really does fucking nothing.
Rogaine wont regrow hair, maybe just make existing hair grow faster.
Propecia will just prevent further hair loss. Won't regrow hair.
So I have concluded that there are 4 REAL options.
1. Concealer Products.
2. Hair Transplant Surgery.
3. Hair Piece/Toupee.
4. Scalp Micropigmentation. (Tattoo of a hairline on your head).
The variables I will look at are: Length of Hair (I like having my hair short/buzzcut), Is it Permanent, Cost, and most importantly Side Effects/Issues.
1. Concealer Products| Length: You need long hair for this, for short hair you would just have powder on head. Permanent: No. Cost: Few hundred a year.
SIDES: If you have one area on your head with no hair it would be a bald spot as it has nothing to cling unto. Also you will have to constantly worry about the shit getting on your shirt. If you wear a white shirt you would have black powder all over it. If you sweat it might come off. If it rains. If you go to the beach. Go in a pool. You would be in constant worry. If a chick plays with your hair she will get black powder all over her fucking fingernails and underneath. If you are dating a chick and you fuck her and then take a shower. When you come out of it you will be bald as fuck. You would literally have to carry the product with you at all times to reapply it. You would have to go into the Bathroom multiple times a day to check on it and see how your hair looks. Imagine if it actually looks good and then your outside and it rains and your hair is thin as fuck. That would be so embarrassing. Also it will never match the natural color of your hair and would look odd.
I like having my hair short so this isn't an option for me. Might work for you guys who like longer styles/have a little thinning.
2. Hair Transplant Surgery| Length: Probably need to grow it out to look better. Permanent: Maybe. (Can fall out/Have to use Fin). Cost: 50,000+ if totally bald. LOL!!!
SIDES: It will never look as DENSE as it was when you were a teenager. Basically its gonna look thin. It'll look better than before but still shitty. And to make sure it doesn't fall out you will have to get on Fin. Which has the above noted issues. Biggest side effect is the cost. If your gonna blow 50k on this might as well just escortcel in countries where prostitution is legal. Or I don't know Put a down payment on a House.
Once again I like having my hair short so this isn't an option for me. Perhaps it can work for you guys.
3. Hair Piece/Toupee| Length: Whatever the hairpiece is. Permanent: No. (Would have to replace it). Cost: Maybe about 1k a year for a few pieces.
SIDES: It might look fake as fuck. If it does you would be the laughing stock of everyone. Constant worry of if it blows off in windy weather. Water issues: Might look fake as fuck when wet. The biggest issue to me is that you eventually have to replace it as it wears out. So every 2 months get a new one. What if they discontinue the particular model you have? One day you would have Brown hair and the next day you would have Black hair. Your entire hair would change in 1 day.
Same as above I like having my hair short. I think to me this option is better than Concealer/HT as if you get a REALLY GOOD hairpiece it might be undetectable. I am willing to try this option.
4. Scalp Micro Pigmentation| Length: Its a tattoo so no length. Permanent: Somewhat. (Have to get it touched up every 2-3 years). Cost: 4k. (1-2k for touchups).
SIDES: The tatted hairline can be too low/too high on your forehead. You can look like a total dumbfuck with a straight line across your forehead or a fucking perfect circle. It will fade so you need to get it touched up/stay out of the sun. If someone is right next to you they will be able to tell its a tattoo. If a girl rubs her hands on your head she wont feel stubble just skin. You wont look much different as being bald since you still wont have hair. And if you dont like the way it looks you will have to get surgery to remove it.
I would try this as I like the buzzcut look and truthfully you would look better with a shadow as opposed to totally slick bald.

Now for the story of one of the most depressing days of my life:
It got to the point where my hair was so thin that If I had any length it looked fucking terrible. So I just shaved it all off and wore a hat in public. That's when I did the 6 months on Nizoral and then 6 months on Rogaine. I remembered back to my teenage years and how fun it was to have hair. I would get my hair all wet and I would use 3 things after that. I would put some gel/fiber in the hair. Then I would move my hair around with a comb. Then finally I would set it in place with a blow dryer.
So for a ONE year time period I just had my comb,gel,dryer lying around. I had no use for them anymore as I was shaving my head. I told myself if this Nizoral/Rogaine shit doesn't work i'm gonna have to SAY GOODBYE. The year passed by, nothing changed. Finally I had to muster up the courage. I took those 3 dusty items and tossed them into a trash bag and put them into the trash bin. I'm not gonna say it was the most depressing day of my life as losing grandparents/cats was worse but it was a brutal day.
I know my fate is a sad one. I am pale and my frame is small. Deep down inside I know what I have to do. My only option is to run RTT roids/tats/tan game.
Being skinny and bald wont work. I have to use anabolics and shorten my life span.
