I’m in my 20s and haven’t had male pattern baldness that I’ve noticed. but lot of my male family is balding, and I think it was in there 30s or something.

It's almost impossible to regrow hair after it is gone. You have to start finasteride early but I am guessing that you started balding very young if your hairline is this bad at 23, I wouldn't recommend finasteride to anyone under the age of 21.

I started using Fin at 21 actually and used it till 22, the year length.

My hair started thinning at 17 or 18, and became very bad at 20.

I could just spend hours and hours obsessing of my hair and way I look in aesthetic fashion but I still wouldn’t get ass anyway.
