idk, brocel it could defiantly help someone, but if someone experienced no side effects and saved his hair shouldn't be allowed to say that fin is 100% safe, everything related to hormones can mess your body up. I would say if you have a decent donor area plan a surgery or wait until new cure for hair loss come out
