I did meet a guy who really looked liked the stereo-typical serial killer in college (of white ethnicity, longish hair ,glasses and a large moustache, just like Edmund Kemper). He announced to a room full of people in a music auditorium that he would "kill them all" and freaked them out. I have no idea if he later went on to kill or rape people or not.
