Had a dream about an old oneitis.

I hadn't thought about her for awhile, she was an old coworker, but this dream seems to have restarted my hangup on her.

Don't even have to go into specifics, but obviously it sucked because I woke up remembering that a woman will never be tender to me like she was to me in that dream.

Fuck my brain. I have to look into ways to decrease vividness of dreams.

Caffeine often works for me. But maybe that's just because it makes your sleep a lot lighter to being with.
