I already have an anti natalist stance with parents using selfish ideas over the well being of their child. But it seems like the context of this foid is she denied all medical intervention during her pregnancy and decided to go the "natural route" something happened and her child ended up deformed. (And of course shes married to a construction worker, fucking lol)
