Gypsy neighbourhoods

To visit my uncle I have to walk for majority gypsy neighborhoods, crazy how these people are, they are not just completely savage, their neighborhoods look like walking back 200 years back in time.
Just walk in a gypsy place and you are back in 1800.

IMO the prettiest neighborhood in my city is a gypsy neighborhood. It does have that 1800s vibe. Funny thing is, that neighborhood used to be a turkish graveyard. The serbs didn't wanna build over it, so they just left that area uninhabited, but the gypsies didn't give a fuck so they tore it down and built their houses there. Based gypsies.
