How many of you go to the gym/exercise? I'm already pretty fit, but I'm starting to focus more on gaining weight and muscle. It feels good tbh. You should try it if you don't already do it, especially unicels (free gym).

I just started going and it's pretty nice, considering I have nothing else to do with my time. I like the feel of accomplishment I get after, even though in the grand scheme I didn't really accomplish much.
I've been doing 40 mins-1 hour on an exersize bike and 20 mins of light weightlifting just to feel a little pump.

I like going to the gym not only because it feels good but also because I'll see the occasional sub5 gymcel walk in there and remind me I'm not the only one
Haven't been to the gym in ages but I haven't gotten fat because I walk every day to work and my diet isn't that poor. Also my metabolism is quite fast which helps. However during the lockdown I gained weight and it was very noticeable my face got fatter and also had more belly. I just did a shitton of cardio during summer and I became normal again.
