I'm trying to maximize my gains potential everyday but I feel so low energy at the gym these days. I'm not able to push myself like before.
Maybe it's because I dont eat that much (I eat in the morning and then maybe a snack at night usually) and I go to the gym in the later afternoon.
Could the fact that I'm going through such a long stretch of the day without eating be causing my low energy at the gym?

Are you seriously cuttung and only have a 90lbs bench? Unless you are fat and this is ur first day of gym you can cut. Go on a bulk get to a 225 bench.

How the fuck am I supposed to get to 225? My soyboy arms have trouble reaching full reps with 90
 
It is probably because of lack of carb in your diet bro
 
Definitely eat more and drink some coffee or take some pre-workout before a lift.

Can you tell more about of what you really eat in a day? What is your source of protein? How is your intake of vitamin B12 and vitamin D3? Do you take any supplements like creatine monohydrate, whey or arginine? Do you ejaculate a lot? Do you watch any porn?
