ugly af (severe acne scars, recessive side profile, thin wrists and ankles)

currently doing a BB style of training and might cut down to like 15% to try and (likely in vain) to get some bitches, or at least see what i've built and my insertions. either that or i'll keep bulking and maybe switch more towards a powerlifting style of training so i can have some semblance of direction in life and maybe even find some other fatties to socialise with.

Cut down your body fat for the sake of your cardiovascular health. Don't be afraid to lose a bit of muscle. What's important is that you keep your overall weight to something which your organs can bear. Overeating and overstressing your cardio system through constant bulking is a recipe for all sorts of problems from heart attacks, to kidney failure, to joints wearing out, and the list goes on.

bro it's so emotionally painful putting in work to the gym and shit just to still be an omega and get zero sex and zero respect from men (outside of the gym). but if i dont do it then im just gonna gp back to living my life in a depressive haze and probably end up killing myself, ebcause its the only thing ive ever been good at

but my skin is effectively ruined with severe acne scarring, like fucking craters bro. i look like a burns victim, and that shit is just there to remind myself and everyone around me of the years of trauma and and which have defined my past and consume my forseeable future. im also likely autistic or some other social disorder so i cant do shit in the real-world because im just under such intense scrutiny and unfair treatment like i just cba

true but ive never been lean with muscle in my life so i think that might give me my first semblance of confidence/self-esteem to truly get some decent footing in life idk though im still in a bad spot regardless
